How to prepare
Before you arrive.
- Arrive five minutes early; the first visit includes a short intake form.
- Come with clean skin if you can. Makeup is fine, we remove it.
- Skip exfoliants and retinoids for two days before a facial, three before dermaplaning or Oxygen Glow, five before a peel.
- Tell us about medication, pregnancy, allergies or recent treatments.
- Wear something comfortable you can change out of easily.

Which facial should I book first?
The Essential is the safe start. If you have a clear goal, tell us when you book and we will suggest the right one.
How long does a first visit take?
Add ten to fifteen minutes to the treatment time for the consultation and intake form.
Do you treat sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes. Every treatment is adjusted after the skin assessment; some steps are skipped and some products swapped.
Can I book waxing and a facial together?
Yes, mention it when you book. A peel or dermaplaning and waxing on the same area do not happen on the same day.
Do you take walk-ins?
By appointment only. For same-day openings, message us on Instagram.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. Appointments happen in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
What if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many treatments are fine; peels and some actives wait. Tell us when you book and we plan around it.
Will I be asked to buy products?
No. You leave with two or three recommendations, not a bag.
