Booking and deposits
Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message. [Deposit policy: for example, a card on file or a $25 deposit for services over $100, applied to the visit.]
Cancellations and changes
Please give [24 hours] notice to cancel or move an appointment, so the time can go to someone else. [Fee for late cancellations, if any.]
Late arrival
If you arrive more than [15 minutes] late, the treatment may be shortened to keep the next client on time, at the full price.
No-shows
[No-show policy: for example, a missed appointment without notice is charged 50% of the service.]
Refunds
Services are not refundable once performed. If something was not right, tell us before you leave and we will make it right. [Product and gift card refund terms.]
Health and skin conditions
Tell us about medication, pregnancy, allergies, recent treatments or skin conditions before the appointment. Some treatments are adjusted or postponed for your safety.
Guests
The studio is one treatment room. Please come alone unless a companion is needed; children are welcome to wait only if supervised. [Confirm.]
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable for services at the studio and are not exchangeable for cash. [Expiry: for example, never expires.]
