Stop retinoids, acids and scrubs for five days before.

No waxing, laser or sun on the face for a week before.

Tell us about pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication or cold sores.
After

Light flaking is normal for three to five days; don’t pick or peel.

Nothing active until the skin settles: gentle cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen.

Stay out of direct sun for a week, and skip sweaty workouts for 48 hours.

Questions
Will my skin peel?
Lightly, for three to five days, depending on the peel chosen. Some skin only feels tight and dry.
How many peels do I need?
One peel brightens. Texture and discoloration usually take a series of three or four, a few weeks apart. We decide that at the first visit.
Can I get a peel in summer?
Yes, with strict sunscreen. If you can’t avoid the sun for a week after, we suggest a lighter option.
